AEC Produces electric wiring with all possible finishing types. High-tech automated machinery for cable processing processes are used in production plants. Finishing, cutting, punching and crimping are performed in semi automatic or automatic. We work with automatic cutting machines, automatic grinders and sprayers of the best European and Italian manufacturers constantly under control. Clamping is done using semi-automatic presses with the help of dedicated mini-applicators that allow crimping of the normal pre-insulated terminals, punches, eyelets of all the most common terminals, both power and signal. Cable marking is done with automatic systems depending on the type of cable and the customer’s need. Product testing is carried out following our ISO 9001 certified system and any specifications agreed upon with the customer.
